So, over the past couple weeks I’ve been learning flash in order to create a new website for Hotel Los Suenos. The new page is available for the time being at www.michaelbennettphotography.com/ls. At this time the website is in its early development stages and is by no means a completed project. For comparison purposes the older website can be seen at www.lossuenostroncones.com.

I just found out that the Washington State Newspaper Association awarded me 2nd and 3rd place in the best promotional ad for newspapers category, and also that the paper I worked for, The Nisqually Valley News, took 2nd in general excellence category for its circulation group.
It's slowly coming together...

I put a few more pages up today. Quite a bit of stuff on here isn’t finished yet but I am working on it. Hopefully by the end of next week the site should be fully functional. I'm definitely learning that a website is more work that I first thought.

The website went live today! It's taken me a while to figure out flash, but I think I have a pretty good handle on it now... More updates to come.
